Last updated: 29 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how DVSA Driving Test Bot (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you visit dvsadrivingtestbot.uk or place an order.
1. Data we collect
- Identity and contact data: name, email, WhatsApp number, and address provided at checkout.
- Order data: products purchased, amounts, order ID, and status.
- Payment evidence: bank transfer receipts you upload for verification.
- Technical data: basic server logs and security-related request metadata via our hosting provider (Cloudflare).
- Cart preference data stored locally in your browser (localStorage) until checkout.
2. How we use data
- To create and fulfil orders and verify bank transfers.
- To send download links and support messages via email or WhatsApp.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To meet legal or accounting obligations where required.
3. Legal bases
Where UK GDPR / data protection law applies, we process data because it is necessary to perform a contract with you (fulfilling your order), for our legitimate interests in securing and operating the store, and where required to comply with law.
4. Sharing
We use Cloudflare for hosting, database, and file storage. We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers strictly as needed to run the store, or if required by law.
5. Retention
We retain order and receipt records for as long as needed for fulfilment, support, dispute handling, and legal record-keeping, then delete or anonymise when no longer required.
6. Security
We use reputable cloud infrastructure and access controls for admin tools. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please do not include unnecessary sensitive data in uploads beyond the payment receipt.
7. International transfers
Our operators may review orders from Pakistan while serving UK customers. Cloudflare may process data in multiple regions. Appropriate safeguards are applied through our providers’ terms and configurations.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, or object to certain processing. Contact us using the details below. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
9. Cookies
The storefront primarily uses localStorage for cart state. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on the core checkout flow.
